Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of the VitaRun mobile application, website, and related services provided by VibeGroup Studio. This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. By using VitaRun, you agree to comply with this AUP.

2. Prohibited activities

You must not use VitaRun to engage in any of the following activities:

2a. Unauthorized access & data harvesting

  • Attempt to access, probe, or breach the security of any system, data, or account that does not belong to you.
  • Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, crawlers, or scripts to access, extract, or collect data from VitaRun.
  • Intercept or monitor traffic or communications not intended for you.
  • Access or attempt to access another user's account, data, or family group without authorization.

2b. Abuse of service

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or data structures of VitaRun.
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features, rate limits, or access controls.
  • Perform load testing, stress testing, penetration testing, or vulnerability scanning without prior written authorization from VibeGroup Studio.
  • Send excessive API requests or otherwise impose an unreasonable or disproportionate load on our infrastructure.

2c. Malicious content & harmful use

  • Upload, transmit, or distribute malware, viruses, trojans, worms, ransomware, or other malicious code.
  • Use VitaRun to distribute spam, phishing attempts, or fraudulent content.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through VitaRun.

2d. Illegal activities

  • Use VitaRun for any purpose that is illegal, fraudulent, or prohibited by applicable law.
  • Violate the privacy, intellectual property rights, or other rights of any third party.
  • Use VitaRun to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or other financial crimes.

3. Rate limits and fair use

VitaRun may implement rate limits, usage caps, and fair use policies for API access, AI features, and other resource-intensive operations. These limits exist to ensure service quality and availability for all users. Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary throttling, suspension of affected features, or account restrictions.

4. Consequences of violation

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in one or more of the following actions, at VibeGroup Studio's sole discretion:

  • Warning: written notice of the violation with a request to cease the prohibited activity.
  • Temporary suspension: temporary restriction of access to VitaRun or specific features.
  • Permanent termination: permanent ban and deletion of your account.
  • Legal action: referral to law enforcement or initiation of legal proceedings where appropriate.

VibeGroup Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately and without prior notice in cases of severe violations or where continued access poses a risk to other users or our systems.

5. Right to suspend or terminate

VibeGroup Studio reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of this AUP and to take any action it deems necessary, including suspending or terminating access, removing content, or cooperating with law enforcement. We may also modify or enforce this AUP at any time to protect the security, integrity, and availability of VitaRun.

6. Reporting violations

If you become aware of any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy or suspect unauthorized use of VitaRun, please report it to us at security@vibegroup.com or support@vibegroup.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

7. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change. Continued use of VitaRun after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised AUP.
